Preheat a grill to medium and cook the salmon fillets for approx. 8 -10 minutes, turning once during cooking until just flaking. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
Meanwhile fit the knife blade into the food processor.
Break the salmon into pieces and place half in the food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and fit the lid. Blend on speed 2 for approx. 45 seconds, scraping the side of the bowl if necessary, until smooth. Fold in remaining salmon. Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill for 4 hours.
